CRM and lead management tools

Automated SMS and email campaigns

Website and funnel creation templates

Review generation systems (e.g., QR/NFC stands)

Appointment scheduling

Custom integrations and onboarding for Go High Level

Some services are fully managed by Local Link Business Solutions LLC; others involve providing clients with access to their own Go High Level account or sub-account.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including login credentials and authorized user access. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, spamming, data scraping, unauthorized access, or violating any applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM).

4. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe Requirements
You must include clear and functional opt-out/unsubscribe mechanisms in all communications sent via our platform. This includes adhering to federal and state regulations for SMS and email marketing. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Any data you provide is used solely to deliver services, support, analytics, or as required by law. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Fees & Payment Terms
All services are billed according to the selected subscription tier and associated pricing. Monthly or annual billing cycles apply. Late payments may result in service interruption. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to our templates, automations, software configurations, and materials remains the sole property of Local Link Business Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written permission.

8. Client Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:

Providing accurate and lawful content

Gaining appropriate consent from your own customers

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Managing your authorized users and client accounts

9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; however, early termination fees may apply if specified in your subscription agreement.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, labor strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Local Link Business Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
